General Information
Exclusively located on the bay at Barr Al Jissah, Shangri-La's Barr Al Jissah Resort & Spa nestles against the dramatic backdrop of the rugged interior mountains and the spectacular waters of the Gulf of Oman. The resort is 20 kilometers from city center and 60 kilometers from Seeb International airport. Early flight arrivals must not expect early check in. The hotel will always try to help, but guests must be advised that check in time is 2pm. Each of the elegantly designed rooms are fully equipped with modern luxuries fit to spoil both business and leisure travellers. With warm and comforting colour schemes, the well sized rooms maintain the persona that can be found throughout the resort. Inter-connecting rooms are strictly on a request basis only and cannot be guaranteed. The resort Shangri La boasts six main restaurants, seven casual dining outlets and pool bars, three lobby lounges, two bars and one nightclub that offer a variety of cuisine from around the world and suits every taste and occasion.
